REV-X Classes

Beyond the Bike.

REV-X is a total body workout that works for you. The majority of REV-X workouts involve a timed strength or conditioning circuit which allows you to pace yourself to complete as much of the workout as you can. Participants are encouraged to listen to their body, and all classes are scalable and suitable for all levels. Our instructors will empower you to make the best choices for you, every single class.

When you take a REV class, you become part of a larger community of people that are likeminded and supportive of your wellness journey. You’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with our coaches and other REVers in our studio and virtually at our online “I rev” community.

We take pride in making sure your fitness experience is enjoyable by placing the focus on music and mindfulness and not metrics. REV-X Total Body Conditioning

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Are you ready to push yourself and your cardiovascular endurance? Meet REV-X Conditioning: a class that includes multiple types of cardio events and plyometrics (jumping)  in combination with total body movements using TRX straps, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, STROOPS, resistance bands, BOSU and wall balls. Demonstrations always included and modifications are always offered. Participants can always opt in or out of any suggested movement. Actual sweat time: 45-50 minutes.

REV-X Total Body Strength

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Classes are a combination of upper body, lower body and core focused strength exercises. You’ll utilize TRX straps, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, STROOPS, resistance bands, BOSU and wall balls. This class will showcase minimal to zero plyometric training (jumping) and will encourage you to perform movements with heavier weights for fewer reps. Demonstrations always included and modifications are always offered. Participants can always opt in or out of any suggested movement. Actual sweat time: 45-50 minutes.

REV-X Low Impact Strength

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Are you looking to practice movements and drills at a slower and more concentrated pace? Low impact focuses on strength moves that will increase stability, balance and improve mobility. You’ll perform a combination of upper body, lower body and core focused strength exercises appropriate for all levels and easily scalable to fit your needs at any age. You’ll utilize TRX straps, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, STROOPS, resistance bands, BOSU or just your bodyweight.  Demonstrations always included and modifications are always offered. Participants can always opt in or out of any suggested movement. Actual sweat time: 45-50 minutes.

Free Beginner/ Tutorials

We frequently offer FREE beginning/fundamentals classes for both cycling and REV-X. These classes typically occur on a bi-weekly basis on weekends and are 60 minutes in length. Free intro classes are encouraged for those that have never taken cycling or REV-X before, or have had less than three classes. Classes are designed as a lecture style, while you get to practice movements, and or fundamental skills and drills.
